Can you learn a language in 24 hours?

Can you learn a language in 24 hours?
I just finished my experiment.
Here are the learning plan and the conclusions:

I used the following resources:
⦁ My Language Islands
⦁ LingQ Mini Stories
⦁ 3 non-fiction books
⦁ Assimil book
⦁ Glossika
I applied the Natural Language Learning system.
Combined with Andrew Huberman's Neuroplasticity Superprotocol.

I chose Catalan for my first attempt.
Because it's a relatively easy language if you speak Spanish and French.
This time I divided the 24 hours in 6 days.
4 hours a day for 6 days.
Because I have a life, work, etc.
And I'm trying to get more sleep.
Anyway this is how I did it:

I imported my Language Islands into LingQ.
I listened to the audio while reading.
First normal speed, then x1.5, then x2.
Then started reading it aloud.
Finally, I created a bilingual text.
And mentally translated from Spanish into Catalan.
Checked and self corrected when necessary.
Until I got all of them right.

Learning all the grammar with LingQ Mini Stories:
I listened to the audio while reading.
The whole list of stories several times.
First normal speed, then x1.5, then x2.
Again, number of reps is key.

I read the Assimil book cover to cover.
Several times while also listening to the audio files.
Then I mentally translated the texts into Catalan.
Checked and self corrected when necessary.
Until I got all of them right.

Glossika has 3,600 sentences in Catalan.
With a total of 5,000 words.
I reviewed the whole list with speed reading.
Every day for 6 days.
I also did listening and repeating drills.
To work on my fluency and pronunciation.
As well as active recall with listening only.
For listening comprehension.

Finally I uploaded 3 books in Catalan to LingQ.
I chose non-fiction because it's much easier.
And read them as fast as possible.
Memorising the new vocabulary with associations.
Speed reading and associations are like a cheat code.
Reading whole books takes your knowledge of the language to the next level.

During the whole learning process, I used Andrew Huberman's Neuroplasticity Superprotocol.
I used the focus and alertness protocols in the beginning.
Took 10 second mini-rests during the learning.
Got as many reps and made as many mistakes as possible.
And did an NSDR at the end of each learning session.
It definitely had an impact on how easily I retained the info.

Results?
I am now fully conversational in Catalan.
And I can understand basically anything in the language.

I chose an easy language for my first attempt.
I am going to repeat the experiment with a harder language and see what happens.

So can you learn a language in 24 hours?
You can definitely get pretty good at an easy one.
I will try to learn a difficult one next.
You could basically repeat this process.
And get good at any language in 4 to 12 weeks.
